This is one of my favorite photos of my city. I’m not sure who took it so I can’t credit them sadly. After some searching I found out that the huge machinery in the picture are Hulett ore unloaders and they were used from the early 1900s up until 1992. Each of those arms is operated by one man and the video of them in action is definitely worth watching, especially to see where the operators booth is!

I love this city :)
